Meet L. Red Hubbard, a delicious red kraut fermented with green and red cabbage, carrots, beets, ginger, and salt! Named after the founder of Scientology, it shares more than just his cult like following.
L. Ron Hubbard had red hair, L. Red Hubbard is a red kraut. L. Ron Hubbard spent much of his life on a boat with his Sea Org fighting psychologists, L. Red Hubbard was a staple of Captain James Cooks trips on the high seas and spent his time fighting scurvy. And while L. Ron Hubbard dropped his body to move on to a higher level of existence with the promise of returning one day, L. Red Hubbard has merely left its crock temporarily with the promise of returning on the day that I run out of new kraut ideas.
This colorful creation was fermented for 4 weeks with 2 heads of green cabbage, 1 head of red cabbage, 6 carrots, 3 beets, sea salt, and a thumbs worth of ginger....because ginger makes everything better!
It's Delicious, it can jazz up anything from a burger or sandwich to mashed potatoes or a salad, and its as good for you as Tom Cruise is to Scientology!!!!
